Have You Booked Your Customer Account Review Meeting?
As part of our Customer Satisfaction Programme, we invite each and every customer on our Essentials Support Package to attend their Annual Customer Account Review Meeting.
Similarly, our Essentials Plus support customers are invited to attend Quarterly Review Meetings.
Throughout the year we will be emailing customers in turn to invite them to select a convenient date for their meeting.
Customers can invite as many colleagues and key solution stakeholders as required to their review meeting, and we ask customers to plan ahead and put forward topics for discussion to make the most productive use of the time.

Its important that all our customers, large or small, have the opportunity to provide their feedback and discuss their business requirements with us.
